Course Objectives:At the end of this workshop delegates will be able to demonstrate knowledge of:
- The key elements of organisational Bullying and Harassment Policy and Procedures – bullying, harassment and related terms
- The roles and responsibilities of the employee, the manager and specialist in an organisation
- The reasons behind an organisational approach to discriminations, bullying, harassment and victimisation
- The principles of the current employment legislation regarding bullying and harassment and the implications in the workplace
- The skills required to establish evidence relating to bullying and harassment cases
